Certified used engine

Without ancillary parts

The delivery of the tested used engine is without ancillary engine parts. This means the engine you order will arrive operational, but without ancillary parts such as injection pumps, injectors, starters, and EGR valves.

Complete engine (with ancillary components)​

We provide you with the complete engine with ancillary components. The specific ancillary components may vary depending on the engine

Delivery time: approximately 6-9 business days​

Before the engines leave the Auto Ricambi Torino warehouse and are dispatched to the customer, they undergo a final rigorous inspection.

12 months warranty​

Core deposit​

At Auto Ricambi Torino, we offer some engines through an exchange process. You receive the ordered engine and simply use the provided shipping box to return your defective engine to us.

A core deposit of approximately €500-€900 is applied to your old engine, which will be refunded upon our receipt and inspection of the engine. Please note that the returned engine must not have any cracks or holes in the block and major faults. The cost for collecting the old engine is around €100.

Testing process for the used engine:

• Compression (leakdown test)
• Cylinder inspection with an endoscope camera
• Opening of the oil pan and valve cover
• Visual inspection of crankshaft and camshafts
• Examination of residues in the oil pump and oil pan

Overhauled engine (coming soon)

Without ancillary parts

The delivery of the overhauled engine is without ancillary parts. This means the engine you order will arrive operational, but without ancillary parts such as injection pumps, injectors, starters, and EGR valves.

Revised to 0 kilometers​

You will receive a refurbished, like-new engine.

Delivery time: approximately 8-11 business days

The engine is overhauled, tested, and then shipped upon order

• Timing chain/belt with tensioner (excluding external)

Additional processing steps in engine overhaul

• The camshaft and crankshaft are measured, polished, inspected for cracks, and ultrasonically cleaned
• The cylinder head is measured, machined, and ultrasonically cleaned
• The engine block is honed, ground, and measured
• The pistons are inspected, cleaned, and subjected to a UV crack test

Without ancillary parts

We pickup your old (defective) engine without ancillary parts such as injection pumps, injectors, starters, and EGR valves.

Delivery time: approximately 10-12 business days

Your engine is overhauled, tested, and then shipped upon order.
